Develop Business Plan

By June 2024, we will develop a comprehensive business plan outlining our strategic vision, market analysis, financial projections, and operational strategies. This plan will serve as a roadmap for our growth and guide our decision-making processes.

Develop Environmental Impact Study (EIS)

From June to July 2024, we will conduct an Environmental Impact Study (EIS) to assess the potential environmental effects of our bioethanol plant. This study will ensure that our operations are environmentally sustainable and comply with all regulatory requirements.

Nov 2024

Start Applying for First Round Funding

In November 2024, we started to apply for our first round of funding. Securing initial investment is crucial for financing the early stages of our project, including site development, technology acquisition, and initial operations.

Feb 2025

Feedstock Agreement

By November 2024 - February 2025, we will finalise a feedstock agreement or letter of intent to provide feedstock to ensure a reliable biomass and organic waste supply for our bioethanol production. These agreements or letters of intent are critical for maintaining consistent and efficient plant operations.

May 2025

Take Off Agreement

Also, in November - May 2025, we will sign a take-off agreement or letters of intent with buyers committed to purchasing our bioethanol. This agreement will secure a steady revenue stream and validate the market demand for our product.

Oct 2025

Finalise First Round Funding

In October 2025, we will finalise our first round of funding, securing the necessary capital to advance our project. This funding will enable us to confidently move forward and support the development and construction phases.

Develop Project Proposal

Concurrent with finalising our funding, we will develop a detailed project proposal outlining our objectives, methodologies, timelines, and anticipated outcomes. This proposal will be used to attract further investment and partnerships.

Develop Detailed Design

Starting in Jan 2026, we will develop the detailed design of our bioethanol plant. This phase involves engineering specifications, architectural plans, and the integration of technological components to ensure efficient and sustainable operations.

Ground Breaking

In April 2026, we will break ground on our bioethanol plant, marking the commencement of construction. This milestone signifies the physical realisation of our plans and the start of building our state-of-the-art facility.

Apr 2027

Plant Startup

By April 2027, our bioethanol plant will be fully operational, transforming biomass and organic waste into renewable bioethanol. This startup phase will focus on fine-tuning processes, ensuring optimal performance, and beginning full-scale production.

May 2027

First Product Delivery

In May 2027, we will achieve our first product delivery, supplying bioethanol to our customers. This milestone represents the culmination of our efforts and the beginning of our contribution to sustainable energy solutions.
